    Who am I?

    Hi, I’m Emily Pinto — spiritual life coach, four-leaf clover finder, and recovering people-pleaser who used to think peace was something I had to earn.

    I created this challenge for the version of me who was doing everything for everyone else — and still felt exhausted, anxious, and unsure of who I was outside of the pressure.

    Gratitude was the first thing that helped me slow down and see what was actually working. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But enough to shift the way I showed up for myself.

    Now I help big-hearted humans break that same cycle — by letting go of what’s draining them and learning to trust their own voice again.
